All In Physiotherapy, Sport & Wellness is looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to become part of our growing multidisciplinary clinic in Coquitlam, BC.

We provide a supportive private-practice environment where physiotherapists can focus on delivering excellent care while our administrative team manages scheduling, direct billing, patient communication, and other day-to-day clinic operations.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population and continues to grow through new patient inquiries, professional referrals, community connections, internal referrals, and ongoing marketing. This position is suitable for both an established physiotherapist looking for a new practice environment and a new graduate interested in developing their skills and building a long-term caseload.

About the Position You will independently assess and manage your patients while having the opportunity to collaborate with other members of our healthcare team when appropriate.





Key responsibilities include

- Completing comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
- Developing treatment and rehabilitation plans based on individual patient needs and goals
- Providing evidence-informed treatment through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, education, and appropriate modalities
- Developing and progressing individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as required
- Maintaining complete and timely clinical documentation
- Communicating professionally with patients, insurers, physicians, and other healthcare providers when required
- Participating in collaborative care with other practitioners within the clinic
- Providing a professional and positive patient experience

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC)
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence-informed and patient-centred care
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team
- Private-practice experience is an asset but is not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Additional training or interest in areas such as IMS/dry needling, manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, pelvic health, or other clinical specialties is an asset
