Duties

- Deliver comprehensive patient care by monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and managing health needs in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications accurately and safely, following established protocols and medical orders
- Maintain detailed and exact documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and responses to care interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Educate patients and their families about health management, medication use, and post-discharge instructions
- Ensure a clean, safe,



and comfortable environment for patients by adhering to infection control standards and safety procedures
- Respond promptly to patient requests or emergencies with professionalism and compassion

Requirements

- Valid registration as a Practical Nurse with the appropriate licensing body in your region
- Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting, demonstrating strong nursing skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
- Commitment to providing respectful, empathetic, and patient-centered care
- Ability to work flexible hours including shifts that may include evenings or weekends as needed
