Join our dynamic team as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), where you will play a vital role in guiding clients through the complex landscape of Canadian immigration processes. As an RCIC, you will leverage your expertise to provide accurate, ethical, and strategic immigration advice, ensuring clients achieve their goals of studying, working, or settling in Canada. Duties

- Provide expert immigration advice and consultation to clients regarding various Canadian immigration pathways, including permanent residence, work permits, study permits, and family sponsorships.
- Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive immigration applications on behalf of clients in accordance with federal and provincial regulations.
- Stay current with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and optimal client outcomes.
- Conduct detailed client assessments to determine eligibility and develop personalized immigration strategies that align with clients’ goals.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, application statuses, and correspondence to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the process.
- Liaise effectively with government agencies, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth application processing and resolve any issues that arise.




- Educate clients on their rights, responsibilities, and the overall immigration process to empower them with knowledge and confidence.

Qualifications

- Valid registration as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
- Proven experience in Canadian immigration consulting or legal advising related to immigration matters.
- Strong understanding of federal and provincial immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for preparing accurate applications and maintaining thorough records.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and client confidentiality.
