Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) is seeking a skilled Auditor to join the Practice Review team. You will independently plan and conduct regulatory practice reviews across Alberta’s real estate, mortgage brokerage, property management, and condominium sectors, assessing compliance and strengthening brokerages’ practices.

In this role you will engage brokers directly, document findings, and provide transparent recommendations to support consumer confidence and RECA’s public-interest mandate.
