We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative who can confidently handle inbound leads, follow up with prospects, overcome objections, and consistently book qualified appointments for our outside sales team.

What You'll Do

- Respond to all inbound leads from Facebook, Google, our website, and other marketing channels
- Call, text, and follow up with homeowners until contact is made
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Maintain accurate notes and move opportunities through our CRM
- Re engage older leads and nurture prospects that aren't ready immediately
- Help maximize appointment volume while maintaining a excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or customer sales
- Home services experience (roofing, windows, solar, HVAC, remodeling, etc.) is highly preferred
- Strong phone presence and objection handling skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, metrics driven environment
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
