Qualifications
- Mandatory: Current registration in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), with a minimum of one year of full-time post-registration experience delivering and supervising ABA services to children and youth with autism.
- Solid understanding of medical terminology related to developmental disorders and behavioral health.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data collection methods and electronic medical records systems for tracking client progress.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders virtually.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and compassionate care.
Duties
- Develop, implement,
and monitor comprehensive behavior intervention plans aligned with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and clinical staff, providing guidance on data collection, treatment strategies, and progress assessments.
- Conduct virtual assessments and ongoing evaluations to track behavioral improvements and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educational teams to ensure consistency across environments and foster active engagement in treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs), documenting client progress, session notes, and treatment modifications meticulously.
- Lead regular team meetings to review case progress, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure adherence to ethical standards and company policies.
- Stay current with industry developments, certifications, and research to continually enhance service quality.
