You Will:

- Repair and maintain rental and guest ski & snowboard equipment.

- Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding guest’s expectations on a daily basis.

- Perform all cash handling duties (opening, cash balancing, coin orders and closing).

- Provide an exceptional level of customer service through direct interaction, sales and service.

- Maintain merchandise by stocking, facing, and general tidying of area.

- Assist guests with sizing and fitting appropriate equipment for comfort and safety.

- Be an advocate for health and safety, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

You Have:

- Extensive ski/snowboard tuning skills.

- Previous rental experience.

- Familiarity with tuning tools like base grinders, stone grinders, and ceramic disk edge finishers.

- Cash handling experience.

- A passion for mountain culture, skiing/snowboarding, and the resort environment.

- Strong customer service skills, working effectively with diverse people.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems.

- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.





- Ability to handle brief exposure to extreme weather and lift at least 30 pounds.

- - Repair Technician Level 1 - $19.77 - $20.40 per hour.

- Repair Technician Level 2 - $19.77 - $21.93 per hour.
