Le représentant au service des comptes clients est responsable d’un portefeuille de clients internationaux dont les pièces entrent à l’usine pour réparation. Il ou elle agit comme personne-ressource principale pour le client et comme lien stratégique entre l’atelier de réparation et le client, en gérant les services de réparation de moteurs et en assurant une expérience client fluide et professionnelle.
Responsabilités
- Gérer un portefeuille de comptes clients internationaux pour des pièces envoyées à l’usine pour réparation, incluant des régions géographiques spécifiques comme l’Amérique du Nord, l’Asie et des réseaux de partenaires.
- Agir comme principal point de contact pour les clients et comme liaison entre l’atelier de réparation et le client tout au long du processus de réparation des moteurs.
- Comprendre en profondeur les exigences et attentes des clients et communiquer ces besoins clairement et efficacement à l’atelier et aux autres parties prenantes.
- Coordonner et faciliter les activités entre le client et l’atelier afin d’assurer une expérience client fluide, transparente et professionnelle.
- Gérer les services de réparation de moteurs en suivant l’avancement des travaux, en fournissant des mises à jour régulières et en s’assurant du respect des engagements pris.
- Traiter un volume varié de demandes par téléphone et par courriel, selon la complexité et la taille du portefeuille géré.
- Gérer un portefeuille incluant les services de réparation de composants et des comptes de transporteurs internationaux, en s’assurant d’une qualité de service constante.
- Identifier de manière proactive les enjeux potentiels, les risques et les obstacles dans le processus de réparation et intervenir rapidement pour les résoudre.
- Rassembler et mobiliser les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes afin de collaborer à la résolution de problèmes et à l’amélioration continue du service.
- Adapter la gestion du portefeuille selon le niveau de complexité des comptes, en pouvant gérer soit un volume plus élevé de comptes moins complexes, soit un volume plus faible de comptes plus complexes.
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers, des échéanciers et des engagements, en maintenant une documentation claire et organisée.
- Utiliser les outils bureautiques et les systèmes internes pour analyser les données, préparer des rapports et soutenir la prise de décision opérationnelle.
- Contribuer activement à un environnement de travail d’équipe, en partageant l’information pertinente et en collaborant à l’atteinte des objectifs communs.
- Faire preuve d’initiative et de débrouillardise pour trouver des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients, incluant une négociation légère et une approche diplomate lorsque nécessaire.
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus de service à la clientèle, de logistique et de coordination des opérations de réparation.
Compétences Essentielles
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle, chaîne d’approvisionnement, logistique et opérations, vente/gestion de comptes ou coordination de projets.
- Maîtrise intermédiaire de la suite MS Office, incluant Excel avec l’utilisation de tableaux croisés dynamiques et de fonctions VLOOKUP.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler dans un environnement manufacturier ou de production.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et sens aigu des priorités.
- Capacité à travailler de façon proactive, à prendre des initiatives et à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
- Aptitude à collaborer efficacement dans un environnement axé sur le travail d’équipe.
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière autonome et à rechercher activement des solutions.
- Aptitude à gérer des communications fréquentes par téléphone et par courriel avec des clients internationaux.
Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications
- Baccalauréat en commerce, en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou en administration, considéré comme un atout pour la progression interne.
- Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier, idéalement dans les secteurs automobile ou aérospatial.
- Bilinguisme français-anglais considéré comme un atout important.
- Expérience de travail sur un plancher de production ou dans un atelier de réparation.
- Connaissance de SAP ou d’un système ERP similaire.
- Capacité à faire preuve de diplomatie et de négociation légère dans les interactions avec les clients.
- Esprit d’initiative, attitude de personne autonome et sens marqué des responsabilités.
- Capacité à s’adapter à un environnement rapide et dynamique et à apprendre de nouveaux processus.

Environnement De Travail Le poste se situe dans un environnement combinant plancher de production et bureaux à l’usine 5, entièrement sur place. La personne travaille principalement dans un bureau, mais doit à l’occasion se rendre sur le plancher de production, où le port de bottes de sécurité et de casque de protection peut être requis. L’horaire correspond à des heures de bureau standards, avec une certaine flexibilité.
L’environnement est dynamique, axé sur la collaboration et la croissance professionnelle, au sein d’une équipe qui évolue dans un contexte manufacturier et de réparation de moteurs. La tenue de travail est généralement professionnelle en bureau, avec des équipements de protection individuelle requis lors des visites sur le plancher.
