Your new company A well‑established property management group is seeking an experienced Resident Manager to oversee the safe, efficient, and professional operation of a residential rental building in New Westminster. Reporting to the Property Manager, this live‑in role is responsible for building operations, preventative maintenance, contractor oversight, and day‑to‑day resident support. Your new role

Oversee daily building operations, including common areas and mechanical systems

Conduct regular inspections of common and mechanical areas

Perform minor repairs and general maintenance (non‑licensed work)

Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the property

Snow removal and ice control as required

Respond to resident inquiries, service requests, and emergencies

Complete work orders and basic administrative reporting

Assist with suite turnovers, move‑ins/outs, and leasing tasks as required What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in property management, building operations,



or resident management

Solid practical knowledge of building systems and general repairs

Working knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act

Experience with Yardi (Voyager/Breeze) and Angus, or similar systems

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

Comfortable using a wide range of tools and performing hands‑on work What you'll get in return
