- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to ensure high-quality results while adhering to safety standards
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal efficiency and safety
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, providing friendly customer service at all times
- Manage your time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled windows, ensuring punctuality and reliability

Requirements

- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple homes in a timely manner
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Positive communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and household organization
