As a Residential Cleaner with Gold Stars Cleaning, you will be responsible for providing consistent, high-quality cleaning services in our clients’ homes. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and can be trusted to represent our company professionally.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine residential cleaning services
- Dust and wipe down furniture, surfaces, and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
- Clean mirrors, countertops, sinks, showers, tubs, and toilets
- Complete standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning tasks
- Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Properly use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
- Handle clients’ homes and belongings with care and respect
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a two-person team
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients and coworkers

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous residential or professional cleaning experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to travel to clients’ homes throughout Windsor–Essex County
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable




- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable performing physically active work, including bending, reaching, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods
- Must be trustworthy and respectful while working inside clients’ homes
- Clean police clearance is mandatory.
