Residential Cleaning Specialist (Approximately 30 Hours/Week)

Clean and Tidy Maids has proudly served Saskatoon for over 19 years, and due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Specialist to join our team.

We take pride in building long-term relationships with both our clients and our team members. We maintain a client base of more than 50 regular homes on weekly, biweekly, and monthly schedules. In addition to our recurring clients, there may also be opportunities to assist with one-time cleans, move-out services, and other specialty cleaning projects.

Our team works in groups of two or three, creating a supportive, positive, and efficient work environment. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a professional attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Perform detailed residential cleaning services.
- Follow company cleaning systems and standards.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with your team.
- Maintain a professional and respectful presence in clients’ homes.

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our daily meeting location.
- Able to provide a current criminal record check.
- Comfortable working around pets.
- Reliable, dependable, and motivated with a positive attitude.
- Previous residential cleaning experience is an asset,



but we are happy to train the right person.

What We Offer
- Regular work hours are Monday to Friday, with an 8:45 a.m. start.
- Meet with your team each morning and travel together to clients in a company vehicle.
- No evenings, weekends, or statutory holidays.
- Approximately 30 hours per week.
- Starting wage of $17.00 per hour. Applicants with previous professional residential cleaning experience may be eligible for a higher starting wage based on experience.
