Position Summary

We are looking for a results-oriented individual with a strong background in residential real estate and property management. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, is self-motivated, and is excited about the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a team of leasing professionals
- Manage and execute all aspects of the leasing process, including lead generation, follow-up, property tours, application processing, and lease signing
- Create and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase leasing conversion




- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor properties, and pricing
- Coordinate with property management and marketing teams to ensure units are move-in ready and effectively promoted
- Track leasing metrics and report on performance to senior management
- Assist in planning and executing resident events and community engagement initiatives

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential leasing, property management, or a related real estate role
- Solid sales and customer service background with a demonstrated ability to close leases
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Comfortable using property management software and CRM tools
- Bilingual (English/French)
