Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.




- Assist with food presentation and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.

Skills

- Experience in food preparation and food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for smooth transaction processing.
- Solid time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations.
- Kitchen experience is preferred to support food prep tasks and maintain a clean work setting.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment while upselling menu items.
