Duties

- Engage customers through inside sales efforts, understanding their lighting needs and offering innovative solutions.
- Conduct detailed product demos to showcase lighting fixtures, controls, and accessories, highlighting features and advantages.
- Assist customers with merchandising displays, ensuring attractive presentation of products that enhance the shopping experience.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
- Upsell complementary products and services by identifying customer needs during consultations to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain organized product displays, stock levels,



and merchandising standards to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members on account management strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer service excellence to foster repeat business.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Knowledge of renovation processes, construction experience, or familiarity with merchandising standards enhances success in this role.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and maintain detailed records of sales activities.
