BigBargain Binz is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, helping customers, and being part of a positive team, we would love to hear from you.

Position

Retail Sales Associate – Full-Time and Part-Time

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Operate the POS system and process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with questions and purchases.
- Restock merchandise and keep bins, shelves, and displays organized.
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and loss-prevention requirements.
- Work with the team to create an enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, honest, and responsible.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required. Training will be provided.

- Employees who complete 12 consecutive months of employment may be eligible for a bonus equivalent to one month of regular salary.
