We run a small, cozy [sweater shop / jewellery boutique] in Whistler, and we've learned that the person who thrives here isn't defined by a resume — it's someone with genuine drive, a good eye, and the confidence to run a small business almost like it's their own. Skills like Shopify and photography, we can teach. Drive and initiative, we can't.

What the role actually involves

- Talking with customers and genuinely enjoying the sale, not just going through the motions
- Running our Shopify store, orders, products, the day-to-day online side
- Taking product and lifestyle photos that make [our sweaters / our pieces] stand out
- Being comfortable on camera for social content and the occasional live stream
- Answering customer emails and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Receiving and organizing stock as it comes in
- Packing and shipping online orders
- Merchandising the shop and keeping displays fresh and appealing
- Keeping the space clean, cozy, and welcoming
- Managing the store confidently on your own when needed
- Communicating openly and often with the team, we're small,



so this matters more than it might elsewhere

You'd be a strong fit if you

- Genuinely enjoy sales and don't shy away from approaching people
- Are outgoing, warm, and comfortable being the face of the shop
- Know Shopify already, or pick up current tools quickly
- Are comfortable in front of a camera
- Have a good eye for merchandising and display
- Can manage multiple responsibilities without losing track of details
- Are reliable and mature enough to work unsupervised
- Communicate clearly and proactively
- Notice what needs to get done and do it, rather than waiting to be asked

Schedule & pay 4 days a week, about 36 hours. Great pay that reflects the level of ownership and trust that comes with the role.
