Role Description The Retail Salesperson is a part-time, in office role based in Langley, BC. This role is responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending sunglasses and accessories that match their style and preferences. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, providing product information, demonstrating features and benefits, and processing sales transactions accurately.

The Retail

Salesperson helps maintain store presentation, including merchandising displays,



stock replenishment, and cleanliness standards. This role also involves meeting sales goals, supporting promotional activities, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to demonstrate strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, including meeting targets and closing customer purchases.
- Solid Customer Service and Communication skills to create welcoming, helpful, and inclusive interactions for every customer.
- Product Knowledge related to fashion and performance sunglasses, with a willingness to learn about new brands, styles, and technologies.
- Reliability in working part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a retail environment.
- Comfort with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a diverse team setting.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
- Interest in fashion, accessories, or eyewear and enthusiasm for delivering memorable customer experiences.
