Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. In this role, you will oversee daily store activities, manage staff, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail management, possesses strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Your goal will be to create an inviting shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining operational excellence.

Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve their best performance.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Oversee merchandising strategies to ensure attractive product displays that maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle stock replenishment to meet sales targets.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting.




- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

- Proven supervising or management experience in retail or related fields.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills along with organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership in team management, training & development, and motivating staff toward common goals.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and promotional activities to boost store visibility.
