Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Supervisor to lead our store operations with enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee merchandising efforts to optimize product placement, pricing strategies, and inventory presentation
- Manage payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a positive shopping environment
- Conduct regular store audits including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and inventory checks
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees

Skills




- Proven supervising or team management experience within retail environments
- Strong negotiation skills to maximize sales opportunities and vendor relationships
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette and organizational prowess
- Proficiency in retail sales systems such as POS software and purchasing platforms
- Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques
- Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Demonstrated leadership in training & development initiatives and store management responsibilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy retail setting
