About OnCan

OnCan Vending Solutions is a growing full-service vending company based in Oakville, servicing client locations across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. We are building out our route operations and looking for a reliable, self-motivated driver to grow with us.

The Role

You will be responsible for servicing established vending machine locations across the GTHA -- restocking machines, performing quality checks, and occasionally assisting with warehouse prep and equipment installs. This is an independent, on-the-road role that suits someone who takes pride in doing the job right without being supervised.

What You Will Be Doing

- Driving an established route to restock vending machines at client locations
- Following pre-departure, at-location, and post-fill checklists
- Logging product rotation and flagging machine issues
- Assisting with warehouse prep and occasional equipment installs as needed
- Starting and finishing shifts at our Oakville warehouse

What We Are Looking For
- Valid Ontario G license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle required -- van or SUV preferred
- Able to work independently and manage time on route without supervision
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying cases of product
- Punctual,



detail-oriented, and accountable
- Previous route, delivery, or merchandising experience is an asset but not required

Hours and Schedule
- Guaranteed minimum of 96 hours per calendar month, targeting 24 to 30 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts, minimum 3 days available Monday to Friday
- Semi-flexible scheduling with advance notice required for day-off requests
- Hours grow as we add locations -- direct growth path to full time hours built into the role

Compensation
- $21.00/hr
- Mileage reimbursement provided for all business kilometres driven -- details discussed at interview
- 4% vacation pay paid on every cheque
- Path to company vehicle and increased compensation as the role develops
