Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the store to find products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly and confidently
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques and stock replenishment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions,



resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Support inventory management tasks such as stock organization, product tagging, and cycle counts

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales with a focus on product demonstrations and technical explanations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising, stock levels, and time efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with phone etiquette proficiency for remote inquiries or follow-ups
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in cashiering and sales processes

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 24.0 per week
