Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find products that suit their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to highlight benefits effectively
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction




- Manage time efficiently during busy periods, balancing multiple tasks such as cashiering and stock replenishment

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred, especially in technology or related fields
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for transactions
- Experience with product demos and technical sales is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated time management skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
