We're hiring our first SDR at Grow Surely.

Grow Surely is a B2B cold email and outbound lead generation agency based in Montreal. We help B2B companies book qualified sales meetings through hyper-segmented cold email campaigns.

We're growing rapid, and we're building toward an ambitious goal: a $10 million-a-year company by the end of 2027. We already deliver strong results for our clients and have the best retention rate in our competitive set. Now we're scaling the team so we can reach as many businesses that fit our ideal customer profile as possible, and this role is central to that push.

What you'll do:

Prospect and qualify leads for our own pipeline, run outbound cold email and LinkedIn outreach, book discovery calls, support the sales process from first touch through handoff, and work closely with our founder-led sales team to refine messaging and targeting.





What we're looking for:

Someone with 1 to 3 years of SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally in an agency or SaaS environment, strong written communication skills, comfort with cold outreach and objection handling, familiarity with tools like Instantly, Clay, or similar sales engagement platforms is a plus, and a self starter who thrives with autonomy and ownership.
