Ignite Health Clinic is looking for a reliable, personable, and proactive Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with patients, organized, and comfortable following up with prospective clients to help turn inquiries into booked appointments.

Responsibilities

- Answer and return missed phone calls promptly
- Follow up with new leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Contact prospective patients by phone and text
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide information about our services
- Follow up with leads who have not yet booked an appointment
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain accurate lead and patient communication records
- Help reduce missed opportunities by ensuring every inquiry receives timely follow-up
- Provide a welcoming and professional patient experience
- Assist with basic front-desk and administrative duties as needed





What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Confident and skilled on the phone
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new leads
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Previous receptionist, customer service, healthcare, or sales experience is an asset
- Experience with Jane App, Meta/Facebook leads, CRM systems, or online booking platforms is an asset
- Must be comfortable using computers, texting, email, and scheduling software

Schedule Part-time — approximately 4 hours per day

Flexible scheduling may be available depending on clinic needs.

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
