Role Description The AI Sales Executive – Junior role is a contract, on-site position based in Mississauga, ON. The person in this role will prospect and qualify leads, conduct product demos, and communicate the value of Nugget.ai’s talent management solutions to potential clients.

Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on inbound and outbound opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations under the guidance of senior sales team members. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams, documenting client feedback, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.

Qualifications

- 0-3 years of strong sales experience, with the ability to learn and explain technical concepts in clear business language.
- Foundational sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and basic negotiation or closing experience must.
- Effective communication skills,



including confident verbal communication, professional writing, and active listening in client conversations.
- Comfort with CRM systems and common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software), with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time and priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development is an asset; exposure to B2B SaaS or tech products is beneficial.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated integrity, resilience, and a growth mindset, with openness to feedback and continuous skill development.
