Carson Automotive Group is one of British Columbia’s highest performing automotive groups, representing 6 brands across 9 dealerships. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Victoria Mitsubishi.

This full-time role is best suited for candidates with previous sales experience who are motivated by performance-based income and career growth.

Principal Duties:

- Provide an exceptional customer buying experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery;
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives;
- Complete vehicle deliveries accurately and efficiently;
- Maintain strong product knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicles, accessories, and services;
- Build long-term customer relationships through professional follow-up.

Position Requirements (minimum experience):

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience;
- Strong work ethic with excellent customer service skills;
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred;
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license;
- Successful applicants must obtain a VSA License prior to commencement of employment (Criminal record check required);
- Schedule is 5 days per week, including evenings and Saturdays.
