About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, and hiring talented sales professionals who can help drive our company’s growth.

The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified sales candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring goals
- Meet recruiting and hiring targets
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity

Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, sales, staffing,



or customer-service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with candidates by phone and in person
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance targets
- Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
- Robust computer and social media skills
