Passion Fruit Partners is hiring a Salesforce Associate Consultant to support Salesforce managed services projects with nonprofit organizations. Successful candidates will have strong project management skills, foundational Salesforce knowledge, and proficiency in managing complex and dynamic workloads across multiple projects. You'll serve mission-driven organizations by delivering continuous support and optimization of their core Salesforce platform, handling everything from user issue resolution, proactive system health checks, declarative platform configuration, and collaborating on major strategic improvements.

Location: Virtual - Home-based office in Canada.

keeping track of deadlines, deliverables, and priorities Perform declarative configuration updates in Salesforce (e.g., object and field updates, Flows, security and permissions, 3rd party application integrations, data migration) Contribute to the ongoing health and maintenance of client orgs by assisting with data quality initiatives, system checks, and user training Manage client expectations, set deadlines, and monitor project hours Document client systems, processes, and configurations to ensure knowledge continuity Gather feedback from clients and team in order to implement best practices and lessons learned from project retrospectives to improve Passion Fruit’s delivery approach Continuing to ramp up on Salesforce knowledge/consulting skills through training, mentorship, and collaboration with team members Complete your Salesforce Certified Agentforce Nonprofit Consultant certification within your first 90 days of employment Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and client-management skills Excellent communication and business writing skills 60,000 - $85,000 CAD Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator required, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Nonprofit Consultant or other Consultant level certifications preferred ~1+ year of Salesforce consulting experience required ~ Robust time management and communication skills Any accommodation needed will be provided by Passion Fruit throughout the recruitment, selection, and or/assignment process to applicants with disabilities.
