Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with solid Azure cloud experience to design, develop, and support scalable CRM and banking solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Salesforce Platform development, Azure integration services, cloud-native applications, APIs, and enterprise banking systems. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performing solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.

Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware solutions.

Build and maintain Azure-based integrations utilizing Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management (APIM), and Azure Service Bus.

Develop secure data exchange processes between Salesforce and Azure cloud platforms.

Design and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Perform code reviews, unit testing,



deployment activities, and production support.

Ensure solutions comply with banking security standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and release management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

5+ years of Azure cloud experience.

Strong hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Experience in Salesforce and Azure integration projects.

Strong understanding of cloud architecture and enterprise application integration.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.

Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Certification.

Microsoft Azure Developer Associate Certification.

Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Certification.

Banking or Financial Services industry experience.

Experience working on large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
