Our client is seeking a senior Salesforce Solution Architect with deep experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS) within financial services/lending environments.

The ideal candidate must have hands‐on solution architecture experience designing lending workflows and Salesforce‐based LOS solutions supporting loan lifecycle processes including application intake, credit analysis, authorization, amendments, underwriting, document generation, and compliance workflows.

Please note: Salesforce FSC + direct lending / LOS architecture experience is a key requirement.

Responsibilities

- Design end‐to‐end Salesforce solutions for complex Loan Origination System (LOS) processes:
- Application intake
- Credit analysis
- Authorization workflows
- Amendments
- Lending lifecycle processes

- Lead Salesforce architecture across data, application, and integration layers
- Define integration strategies:

- API‐led integrations
- Event‐driven architecture
- Enterprise system integrations

- Promote Salesforce FSC best practices within financial services/lending environments
- Review and challenge architecture decisions to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
- Partner with implementation teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders
- Support architecture governance, design reviews, and decision forums




- Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data governance standards
- Advise stakeholders on scalable and secure Salesforce FSC solutions

Required Skills:
- Senior‐level experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
- Strong hands‐on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation experience
- Direct experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) / lending platforms
- Experience designing lending workflows and financial services processes
- Enterprise architecture ownership experience
- Salesforce data architecture and integration architecture experience
- Robust API / enterprise integration experience
- Experience working with large financial institutions:
- Banks
- Credit unions
- Mortgage organizations
- Lending companies

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salesforce Certification Requirement:
- Valid Salesforce certifications required
- Candidate must be able to provide Trailhead verification of active certifications prior to interview
