Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, enterprise applications, integrations, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will have expertise across Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Omni-Channel, and Salesforce integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver custom Force.com enterprise applications.
- Implement and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Develop using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Flow, and LWS.
- Build and integrate Salesforce UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop and support Omni-Channel UI/page integrations and Contact Center solutions.
- Define and deliver technical solutions for complex Contact Center business requirements.
- Collaborate with business, development, release management, and operations teams.
- Assist in finalizing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, MuleSoft, DocuSign, Content Management systems, and third-party applications using APIs.
- Lead technical development activities, track project/SLA progress,



and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Create technical/design documentation and support end-to-end testing and production implementation.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flow, and LWS.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade Force.com applications.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce backend coding and Omni-Channel.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working in multi-team Agile development environments.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/API-based third-party integrations.
- Experience with MuleSoft and DocuSign integrations.
- Knowledge of Git/SVN, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills.
