About us

Buildman is a custom home builder based in the Toronto area. We've recently launched a handyman division handling smaller jobs, most of them done in a few hours, across Vaughan and Richmond Hill. It's a growing part of the business and we're looking for someone to own the sales side of it.

What you'll do

- Handle incoming leads by phone, email and web form, and turn them into booked jobs
- Quote small handyman jobs quickly and accurately
- Visit sites when a job needs a closer look before quoting
- Pass larger or more complex work to the right people internally
- Follow up on open quotes and keep leads from going cold
- Keep the sales pipeline organized and report on where things stand
- Build repeat business with past customers and referral sources

What you need

- At least 2 years of sales experience




- Comfortable quoting and closing over the phone
- Organized, with the follow-through to chase quotes that haven't closed yet
- Able to work in office at our Vaughan office (this is not a remote role)

Nice to have

- Basic knowledge of construction or trades, enough to understand what a job involves
- Experience in home services, renovation or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM or job management software

What we offer

- $35,000 - $50,000 plus 5% commission
