An SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead manages core HR cloud implementations, designs global system architecture, and guides project delivery for enterprise transformations

Key Requirement

- 10+ years in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors, with at least one full-lifecycle Employee Central implementation
- Lead workshops to map business needs to SAP SuccessFactors leading practices. Configure workflows, business rules, foundation objects, and position management.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and testing phases (SIT/UAT) through go-live.
- Coordinate cross-functional integrations with Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and SAP S/4HANA. Ensure data quality and governance.
- Act as the trusted advisor to HR executives. Mentor junior functional consultants and manage system integrator partners.
