Hiring: SAP EHS Lead Consultant

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced SAP EHS Lead Consultant to lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP Health & Safety (EHS) solutions as part of a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Key Requirements:

✔️ 10–15 years of SAP EHS experience

✔️ Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP EHS implementations

✔️ Proven greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation experience

✔️ Strong SAP EHS solution design and business process optimization experience

✔️ Experience integrating SAP EHS with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP

Functional Expertise:

- Incident & Near-Miss Reporting
- Risk Assessments & Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
- Audit & Inspection Management
- Regulatory Compliance
- Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)




- Environmental Management
- Permit-to-Work Processes
- Work Clearance Management (WCM)
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

Mandatory Industry Experience:

Utility industry experience is mandatory, including knowledge of electrical safety, substation and distribution operations, contractor safety, confined space entry, work permits, LOTO procedures, transformer oil handling, environmental compliance, and utility safety regulations.
