We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to join us.

Required skills:

- 3+ years of proven experience managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Expertise in delivering at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of SAP methodologies (SAP Activate preferred).
- Advanced skills in project governance, risk management, communication, and leadership.
- Proven leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, system integrators,



and senior business stakeholders.
- Availability for business travel to client sites.
- English C1.

Nice-to-have skills:

- Experience delivering SAP programs in a US business environment.
- Exposure to other SAP solutions, such as SAP Ariba.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors throughout all project phases.
- Manage project planning, governance, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and executive-level reporting.
- Drive key implementation activities, including design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Ensure strong stakeholder alignment, timely decision-making, business readiness, and a successful transition to the recent SAP S/4HANA environment.
