Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager solutions for enterprise endpoints.
- Troubleshoot SCCM agent issues, software deployment failures, patching exceptions, and endpoint communication problems.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows operating systems to maintain endpoint stability, compliance, and performance.
- Develop PowerShell automation scripts to reduce manual effort and improve incident resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



and implement corrective actions for recurring endpoint issues.
- Manage software distribution, application deployments, and Windows patch management.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams on endpoint upgrades, standards, and compliance.
- Monitor endpoint health and performance, document technical solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
