SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager

Contract role

Location – Toronto Down town, 3-4 days to office

- Design, develop, and support endpoint management solutions with a focus on SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager and Windows operating systems to ensure endpoint stability, compliance, and performance.
- Perform in-depth analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation of SCCM agent issues, software deployment failures, patch management exceptions, and endpoint communication problems.
- Develop and enhance automation scripts to improve incident resolution, reduce manual intervention, and increase operational efficiency across the endpoint workplace.
- Investigate Windows OS-related issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives for endpoint health and reliability.




- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to maintain endpoint management standards, support system upgrades, and ensure adherence to enterprise policies.
- Monitor endpoint performance metrics, recommend process improvements, document technical solutions, and contribute to the optimization of automated endpoint management capabilities.
