• After School Program, Barrie To build healthy, strong, connected communities through nurturing environments for children. Provide personal care to children, including but not limited to toileting/diaper changing, providing first aid, administering medication, monitoring dietary, allergies & medical conditions Actively engage with children and always ensure supervision and safety of children in a group setting of up to 15 children independently Provide an inclusive environment, supporting the needs of all children, including those with exceptional behaviours and additional needs Up‑to‑date immunizations or equivalent in accordance with local public health and Child Care Early Years Act Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, with split shifts approximately 7:00-9:00 a.m. Hours and shifts are not guaranteed on non‑instructional days (e.g., PA days, March Break, Christmas Break, summer) and may be scheduled at a different location. Passion for working with children and providing quality play‑based learning Well‑developed interpersonal and relationship building skills with families, staff and volunteers and participate in physical activities Ability to work outdoors for at least 2 hours daily year‑round, in all weather conditions Registered Early Childhood Educator *Must be registered and a member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) or be willing to obtain registration OR actively enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program OR Child &
