We are seeking energetic and dependable seasonal snow shovelers to join our team during the winter months. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently clearing snow from walkways, driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas to ensure safety and accessibility for residents, visitors, and staff. Duties

- Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and entryways using shovels, snow blowers, or other equipment
- Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent ice formation and ensure safety
- Monitor weather conditions to anticipate snowfall and plan timely snow removal efforts
- Maintain equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, and hand tools in good working condition
- Assist with minor landscape maintenance tasks as needed during off-peak seasons
- Follow safety protocols to prevent slips, trips, falls, and equipment accidents




- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts efficiently

Experience

- Previous experience with snow removal or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Experience in landscaping, gardening, horticulture or landscape maintenance can be beneficial
- Construction experience or knowledge of excavation equipment such as excavators is advantageous
- Ability to operate small machinery like snow blowers or mechanical tools is desirable
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions are essential
- Prior experience with irrigation or horticulture can be helpful for additional seasonal tasks
