Responsibilities:
- Install, program, and maintain DSC PowerSeries, Neo, and DMP XT/XR systems
- Troubleshoot alarm faults, communication issues, and panel programming
- Perform system upgrades, integrations, and testing
- Provide on‑site customer support and skilled service
- Ensure all work meets industry, safety, and company standards
Requirements:
- Hands‑on experience with DSC and DMP alarm panels
- Strong wiring, low‑voltage, and networking skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
- High level of reliability and professionalism
