We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard/Crowd Controller to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, visitors, and assets. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for monitoring access points, overseeing crowd management during events or busy periods, and maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance and prompt response to incidents. Responsibilities

- Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by verifying ID's, credentials and issuing passes as needed.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential hazards or unauthorized access
- Manage crowd flow during events or peak times to ensure safety and orderliness
- Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents,



and surveillance footage for record-keeping purposes
- Enforce security policies and loss prevention measures to safeguard assets and prevent theft or vandalism

Skills

- Solid understanding of law enforcement principles and procedures
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to reduce theft and damage
- Ability to remain alert, observant, and composed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective crowd management
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
- Familiarity with emergency response protocols and conflict resolution methods
