Duties

- Monitor entrances and exits to authorize access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee premises and detect suspicious activity
- Perform routine patrols of the facility to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies with clear communication and appropriate action
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting findings
- Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs,



and security documentation accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to resolve issues effectively

Skills

- Strong understanding of law enforcement principles and procedures
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques and operation of CCTV systems
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to deter theft and ensure asset security
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and inspections
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing emergency situations confidently
- Good communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred but not required
