Role Description This is a full-time, in office Security Professional role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.

The Security

Professional will monitor and secure client sites, perform regular patrols, control access to facilities, and respond to incidents and alarms in accordance with company policies. The role includes observing and reporting security and safety hazards, completing accurate incident and activity reports, and supporting emergency response procedures. Depending on client needs, the Security Professional may assist with basic cybersecurity awareness, coordinate with network or information security teams, and help enforce security protocols. This position requires working collaboratively with clients, colleagues,



and law enforcement or emergency services when necessary, while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong Physical Security skills, including site patrols, access control, incident response, and emergency procedures.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security principles, with the ability to support secure handling of sensitive data and follow digital security protocols.
- Understanding of Network Security concepts and willingness to coordinate with technical teams to maintain secure environments.
- Excellent Communication skills for transparent reporting, incident documentation, and professional interaction with clients, visitors, and team members.
- Relevant security certifications or licenses (such as provincial security guard license in Ontario); valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are an asset.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, assess risk quickly, and make sound decisions in emergency or high-stress situations.
- Comfort with working shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by client sites.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is an asset, but candidates with strong motivation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
