Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive, Commercial Insurance in Sudbury, ON . You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business, providing strategic insurance guidance, and acting as a trusted advisor to our commercial clients. The expected hiring range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 based on a 37.5-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. and closing new business opportunities Deep understanding and solid knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance Minimum 7+ years of Commercial Insurance experience Insurance Broker Level 2 License required Bonus! CAIB, CIP, CRM, or FCIP designation A champion of client service! Building authentic client relationships comes naturally to you Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Independently manage renewals, policy changes, cancellations, and client servicing needs Conduct risk assessments, coverage reviews, and gap analyses to provide tailored insurance solutions Develop sophisticated marketing submissions and negotiate the best terms with insurers on behalf of clients Build and grow your portfolio through prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities Lead strategic renewal planning and account reviews for mid-market and large premium accounts Review contracts, claims, and technical insurance issues while guiding clients through resolutions Mentor and support junior team members on complex accounts and client interactions Introduce clients to other Westland solutions including Private Client Services and Westland Benefits Every day, Westland proves that building a great business means taking care of communities, clients, and each other with equal commitment.
