Direct promotional-products industry experience is required. Candidates must have worked for a recognized PPAI/PPPC promotional-products distributor or supplier. I’m looking for a key person to help build the next phase of The Merch Doctor.

We’re a growing custom-merchandise company working with major brands, and we’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to work directly alongside me. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, agile team of four with a high-growth trajectory. You’ll wear different hats, solve new problems daily and essentially ride shotgun as we scale the company.

This is not a general marketing, advertising, sponsorship, events or consumer-products position. What we’re looking for: 3–5 years of experience working within the promotional-products distributor or supplier landscape

Strong knowledge of the Canadian domestic supplier, decorator and product-sourcing network The ability to own the complete order cycle—from ideation, sourcing, quoting and presentations through order placement, delivery and invoicing

Strong client-facing and account-management skills,



with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders The ability and ambition to lead a team, with the medium-to-long-term prospect to build and manage account managers underneath you A willingness to learn overseas sourcing and custom product development, which I’ll personally teach you

Industry technology experience is a strong advantage, particularly commonsku, SAGE or ASI

Most importantly, sound judgment, a growth mindset and the desire to be a genuinely good teammate Relevant experience may come from established PPAI/PPPC distributors or suppliers such as Genumark, Score Promotions, McCabe Promotional, TPS Promotions & Incentives, Cotton Candy, Brand Blvd, Boss Promotions, PCNA, Spector & Co., Debco or a comparable promotional-products organization.
