You will analyze financial and supporting documents on incoming applications and ensure alignment with internal, insurer, and investor policies focused on CMHC, construction, and conventional CRE financing.

You will review rent rolls, operating statements, phase I/II reports, and other documents to determine loan size, terms, and conditions.
