With a proven track record on complex programs and a commitment to collaborative delivery models such as Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Modified Design Build (MDB), we are seeking experienced professionals who share our vision for excellence in defence infrastructure. Prior experience with Defence Construction Canada (DCC) and DND projects, bilingual proficiency in English and French, and the ability to obtain or hold a Reliability and Secret security clearance are essential assets for candidates ready to contribute to Canada’s most significant defence initiatives. Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings.

Manage a group of architectural staff, leading project meetings, and coordinating all other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects. Performinternal reviews and quality checks of the models and drawings to ensure compliance with BIM standards. Research materials, products and technologies required for the design and incorporate into the details, specification and other documents.





Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure that both the internal and external client needs are met and that the projects are delivered within cost, quality and schedule targets. Manage the financial aspect of the project including planning, scheduling, forecasting and staffing and working with accounting to achieve the desired results. Travel to remote First Nation communities and work sites.

Familiarity with both Provincial and National related standards and codes. Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam.

Experience with Visualization software, and Adobe Creative Suite would be considered an asset.

Experience or desire to work with Indigenous communities would be considered an asset. NB, NL, NS, PE & QC : $84,700 - 112,400 The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
