Our client is a well-regarded real estate organization focused on property ownership, management, and development Operates a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in downtown Calgary Built on strong core values including integrity, customer service, innovation, and accountability As a Building Operator , you will support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of downtown Calgary buildings Completing preventative and reactive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general systems Responsible for maintaining solid tenant relationships while ensuring building systems operate efficiently Work variable shifts, including participation in an on-call rotation 5+ years of experience in building operations, including HVAC and preventative maintenance systems ~ Experience working with building automation systems (relevant platform experience considered an asset) ~ Familiarity with hydronic boilers, air handling units, and related systems is preferred ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications ~
