Reporting directly to the Director of eCommerce, the Senior eCommerce Key Account Manager is responsible for leading the national Amazon business, driving commercial and promotional strategies, and executing a comprehensive growth plan. This role owns the channel P&L;, including pricing strategy, promotional planning, vendor negotiations, and overall account performance, while ensuring sustainable revenue and profitability growth.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Amazon Vendor Central and eCommerce account management, combining strong commercial acumen with analytical and operational excellence. Working cross-functionally with internal teams (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain), clients, and Amazon partners, the Senior eCommerce Key Account Manager leverages data-driven insights to maximize revenue, strengthen brand presence, and achieve business objectives

Responsibilities include:

- Serve as the primary owner and point of contact for the Amazon business across the Canadian marketplace, managing relationships with Amazon category teams, vendor managers, brand specialists, client stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive sustainable sales growth, profitability, and brand presence across Amazon marketplaces.
- Lead annual business planning, account negotiations, pricing discussions, promotional funding, trade investments, and other commercial agreements.
- Manage all Amazon-specific business activities, including purchase order review, assortment and selection planning, inventory management, content execution, account health, and core Amazon programs.
- Develop and maintain SKU-level pricing strategies, monitor price parity, implement planned price increases, and ensure catalog pricing consistency while managing trade spend and promotional investments.
- Build and execute promotional calendars and marketing strategies, including Coupons, Deals, Tent Pole Events, and other initiatives designed to maximize sales, profitability, and return on investment.
- Align sales forecasts, demand plans, inventory requirements, and promotional activities with annual operating plans through collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Monitor account health and proactively resolve issues impacting performance, including Buy Box suppression,



listing suppression, content compliance, pricing flags, inventory concerns, and unauthorized third-party seller activity.
- Analyze sales performance, POS data, market share, category trends, competitor activity, and retail analytics to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive informed business decisions.
- Partner with suppliers, marketing teams, and external agencies to optimize digital merchandising, Amazon content, A+ Content, keywords, imagery, Amazon Ads (AMS), DSP, search performance, and media campaigns to improve visibility, conversion, and brand growth.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, reporting on key performance indicators including revenue, sales forecasts, profitability, trade spend, account health, inventory levels, shipment performance, and promotional effectiveness.
- Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and best practices across Amazon and the broader eCommerce landscape, recommending innovative strategies to enhance performance and customer experience.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce sales, national account management within CPG industry.
- Amazon Vendor Central experience is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field, combined with equivalent experience.
- Experience managing Amazon growth initiatives, including Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, A+ Content, promotions, and digital merchandising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and market data to drive business decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting and analytics tools; familiarity with Tableau, Exceedra, Keepa, or Jungle Scout is an asset.
- Understanding of pricing strategies, forecasting, inventory management, trade spend, and profitability analysis.
- Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented,



and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (U.S., UK, EU) is considered an asset.
